Featured Speaker: Georja Skinner, State of Hawaii, Dept. of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. The Hawaii International Film Festival is the premiere international film event in the Pacific. It is the largest "East meets West" Film Festival in the United States with over 30 countries submitting films.
